TunePrint ("we", "us") operates tuneprint.co.uk and related services. This policy explains what we collect when you order a personalised CD.

What we collect

• Order details: name, email, delivery address, CD title, track list, playlist links, optional gift notes
• Artwork: photos you upload for printing on your CD
• Payment: processed by Stripe — we do not store card numbers
• Technical: basic server logs (IP, browser) for security

How we use your data

To fulfil your order, communicate about production and delivery, prevent fraud, and improve our service. We do not sell your personal data.

Retention

Order records and artwork are kept for up to 24 months for support and legal obligations, then deleted from active systems.
