Shipping policy

This policy applies to all TunePrint personalised CD orders placed through our website.

Delivery area

We ship to United Kingdom addresses only (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, and UK islands where Royal Mail delivers). International shipping is not available yet.

Shipping cost

UK delivery is included in the price shown at checkout. There are no hidden postage fees for standard UK delivery.

Production & dispatch

During peak periods (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day), production may take an extra 1–2 days. We will email you if your order is delayed.

Tracking

When your CD is dispatched, we email you a tracking reference. You can also check status on our order tracking page.

Packaging

CDs are supplied in a jewel case and shipped in a rigid protective mailer to prevent damage in transit.

Gift orders

If you mark your order as a gift at checkout, we do not include prices in the package. Delivery is made to the shipping address you provide.

Lost or delayed parcels

If your order is significantly late or lost in transit, contact us at contact@tuneprint.co.uk with your order reference. We will investigate with the carrier and replace or refund as appropriate.
